JSAPI Reference, review needed

Due to some incredibly hard work by Mmondor, Nickolay, Rappo, Tservo, Callek, and other MDC volunteers, the JSAPI Reference has been migrated into the MDC wiki.
Before we redirect the old JSAPI URLs to the new locations, however, I would like some help verifying that the content has been fully and correctly migrated.

I’ll have redirects put in place in one week unless there are major problems discovered during this review. Please leave a comment here or email me a deb@dria.org if you discover any major discrepencies that cannot be easily fixed. Note, however, that some corrections and updates have already been made to the new version, so the content is not necessarily exactly the same.
